Maybe they're hoping I'll open up to you, I don't know. Or maybe you're real even if the environment isn't, and they're going to threaten you to control me. I'm thinking that's the most likely option right now.

That makes the most sense. Stick you with a bunch of people you might or might not come to rely on and then use them to hurt you or get something from you.

If you're wrong and this' some elaborate set up by the U.N. or the U.S. to get info from me, that'd be the best way to get me to agree too.
